This cozy studio is located on the ground floor, backside of our
house. It's a very quiet part of the house. It has its own bathroom , also in art déco style, and a veranda
where your can sit down and relax on a summer day.
It has a comfortable double bed (1.4m x 2.0m) ideal
for 2 persons. Some details of this rooms' furnishing is worthwhile
noticing - antique lavabo, bath, and antique castle doors that were
mounted as cabinet doors.
The studio is equipped with TV, WiFi, CD
player, DVD player and hairdryer.
Kitchenette is fully equipped with a refrigerator, microwave oven,
water heater, coffee machine, electric cook plate, pots and pans,
utensils and dinnerware.
This is a non-smoking studio but it has a terrace where it is allowed

Mabuhay Apartment
This apartment is located on the 3rd floor of our house. It has two
single beds that can eventually be placed side by side. Also located on the
backside of our house with a large view of the neighbourhood. Wide
windows allow plenty of light to come in. The area is divided into
sleeping area, kitchen and dining area and bathroom.
TV, DVD player and internet cable connection are available.
Kitchen
is fully furnished with microwave oven, refrigerator, water heater, Senseo coffee machine and
electric stove. Dining table seats up to 4 persons.
Private bathroom is also at disposal for this apartment.

This 35m2 refurbished studio is located in
an apartment building 5 minutes by foot from our house. This studio is
located on the 3rd floor (with lift) with a large window overlooking
the street Plantin en Moretuslei. It is also very near the
Dageraadplaats where the pride of Zurenborg centers. Bus and tram stops are
nearby making it very accessible to access the old city proper.
This studio has a spacious living area with a sofa bed, a dining area,
sleeping area with a double bed (1.4m x 2.0m), kitchen and bathroom
Kitchen includes a refrigerator, electric stove, microwave oven, dinnerware, glasses and utensils.
This studio has central heating and equipped with cable TV, DVD player,
Internet connection both on cable and WiFi, flat iron and ironing table
and ventilator.

Plantin Apartment
This fully furnished and spacious one-bedroom apartment with a balcony is perfect for
a
couple, a couple with a child, or even for friends or colleagues
for their short-term stay in Antwerp. Ideal for up to maximum 3
persons. This apartment is
located on the 2nd floor (with lift) in an apartment building in
Plantin en Moretuslei.
There is a spacious living and dining area where one finds a canapé
bed, digital connection TV, DVD player and board games and a dining table that can seat up
to 4 persons.
Furnished kitchen is also at disposal. Equipped with a microwave oven,
gas stove and gas oven, refrigerator, Senseo coffee machine, water
heater, kitchen utensils, pots and pans, dinnerware and cutlery set up to 6
persons.
A private bathroom and a separate toilet is also present. The bathroom
has a bath where one can also take a shower. A hair dryer is also
at disposal.
The bedroom, located at the back side of the apartment, has two single beds that can be placed separate or beside
each other. A working table with a comfortable chair, table, lamps,
alarm clock, cabinet for clothes, ironing table and iron are also
present.
Internet connection is also present (cable or WiFi).
